I recently got my home Battery installed through Firoz from Next Phase Energy. How amazing is it that Firoz was the guy who got solar panels installed on this property in 2014 that are still doing great. So happy with the entire experience. The installation team was very professional and executed a very neat job. They even cleaned up everything making sure of great house keeping after the installation. The entire journey from sale to installation to grid connection and inspection was so smooth and seamless, like a very well oiled machine. These guys are very highly recommended from my experience. From start to finish, the experience with Next Phase Energy has been outstanding. Their sales process was incredibly smooth—they arranged a meeting promptly and carried out a thorough inspection of our property, carefully identifying the optimal location for the battery and checking the switchboard in detail. The quote they provided was clear, fixed-price, and transparent, which gave us a lot of confidence to proceed.

What really stood out was their professionalism and communication. Shortly after, we received a well-structured email outlining the next steps, so we always knew what to expect. Their engineer, San, then visited for a final inspection, and within just a couple of days, our installation date was scheduled.

The installation itself was seamless. The installer arrived in the morning and completed the job in around six hours—impressive efficiency without compromising quality. He was highly skilled and took the time to explain everything both before starting and after finishing the installation. He also walked us through the system and set up the monitoring, which we really appreciated.

We’re currently waiting for the final inspection, and while we’ve been advised it may take a week or two due to high demand, the team has assured us they will follow up and keep us updated.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with their professional approach. The team clearly knows their craft and delivers work to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Next Phase Energy to anyone considering solar and battery solutions. Firoz visited our home and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. Rather than pushing for a larger system—as some other companies did (recommending over 40 kWh)—he provided a customised solution that genuinely suited our needs. His recommendation of a 20.48 kWh system was spot on, as it allows the battery to be charged by solar on most days. His nearly two decades of industry experience really showed.

San, an electrical engineer, then carried out a thorough final inspection of the proposed battery location. Shortly after, we received a confirmed installation date, and the system was installed by a highly professional team. The entire installation was completed efficiently in just six hours.

Our system has since been temporarily turned off for inspection, which is expected to be completed within a week.
